Fully Integrated Production Tablet Coating Machines
BG-80H with 10L,40L,80L replaceable coating pan.
Our pharmaceutical film tablet coater encompasses all the essentials for small, mid-sized, and large-scale tablet production. Remarkably, it occupies the same facility footprint as other batch coaters while simultaneously doubling productivity and efficiency.
Tablets are loaded into a sealed rotating drum, where they are automatically sprayed to achieve uniform coating. Common coatings include polymer film or sugar, and additional drugs can be incorporated to prevent chemical incompatibility.
To expedite drying, air is introduced into the drum. This can be achieved through a perforated pan machine. Depending on the composition, a solvent may be used to facilitate the coating process, which subsequently evaporates and is eliminated by heated air.
Simultaneously, aided by air exhaust and negative pressure, a flow of 100,000-grade clean hot air is supplied from the air exhaust cabinet. This air is exhausted through the fan at the sieve meshes, effectively drying the coating materials on the tablet surfaces, resulting in the formation of a robust, finely-textured, and smooth film coat. The entire process is meticulously controlled by a PLC
