Film Coating:
In film coating, a solution is pumped to a spray gun and then sprayed onto the tablets inside a tumbling pan. Continuous drying is achieved using heated air, resulting in the formation of a uniform and thin layer on the tablet’s surface.
Sugar Coating:
For sugar coating, syrup is sprayed onto the tablets using a metering pump. Subsequently, the tablets go through a repeated process of tumbling, cooling, and drying. This process forms a thick sugar layer, providing protection to the tablet.
